Hey folks, what's happening?

What's this about me being gone? Well, this Saturday...
I'll be leaving for Tennessee
with a group called ASP,
We'll be there 'fore about a week
to help at a mountain's peak,
so try to have fun
while I'm out working in the sun.

But yeah, I'll be going to Tennessee for ASP (Appalachia Service Project) to help fix houses for those who can't afford it. Keep us in your prayers! We'll be back Saturday. I've been preparing for about a year for this, this is my third year (Although last year I was, er, "Temporarily Discharged"), and I'm very excited.

What else is new? Hoping to see my friend Val before I go, and I get to see Oh. Did I mention the 4th of July with him was AMAZING? *melts*

Hey peeps, what's shakin'?

As you may know, today is Shane Jensen's birthday. Happy birthday, buddy. He turns 31! WOW! That's OLD! (Just kidding, just kidding.) Have peace in your heart, knowing that you'll never be as old as Larry King who is probably in his third millennium. Happy birthday Shane.

This past weekend, I was at a tractor fest. Yeah. That's...fun. I drove 70 miles in the blazing hot sun on a tractor. It was kinda fun, I guess. I went to Indiana with my grandpa, my uncle, my grandpa's friend and his daughter. As for grandpa, uncle greg and I, we stayed in a campground in a cabin...which was basically four porta-potties glues together. It was TINY. They also had a cheap Jimmy Buffet tribute band...Man, were they WEAK. It was just such a weak, lame band...It was a pretty place, though, because we were in such a far-out rural place, so I stayed outside watching the fireflies and all the stars. Oh Maaaaan, was that ever pretty! And I like this because I do like farms and such, I'm kind've a hick, but this place boosted my self-esteem. Apparently '200 lbs' suburbs term is 'little' in country terms. I had an old farmer hitting on me or something, I thought it was kinda funny. But I couldn't help but to smile, he called me "An itty-bitty thing". How could I NOT appreciate that? My doctor called me overweight days before, and I just got a second opinion. That, and he said I didn't look like I was into pain...Um.... I wonder what would've happened if I told him I was into BDSM

About the doctor? Yeah, I had to see my doctor recently -who has a very thick German accent so I can't understand him half the time!-, and boy was that a blow to the self-esteem. He put me on this medication, that medication, this medication, bla bla bla bla! Increase this, decrease that, you're too big, you have too much testosterone, normal girls don't have so much testosterone! They have estrogen! You're a hermaphrodite! Bla bla bla bla! It seriously made me feel like an inhuman freak, I was pretty depressed for a while. I might still be if not for , who always helps me in this sorta thing.

Speaking of , I get to see him this Saturday for the Fourth of July! Huzzah! Bring on the party hats and swimming pools!

Aaaaand...I now have 99 ducks in my collection o'duckies. WOWEEE

I might be going to a rib fest this Thursday with some friends. Sounds interesting, actually.

Still addicted to Final Fantasy 7...But excited about Final Fantasy 13 coming out! ...For once, I know what I want for Christmas. -I don't care if it's June, be happy I thought of something! I never ever do!-
