20 Facts about Boogie

From to , just about everyone's done this at least once...I'm bored, so why not jump on the band wagon? Ta-da...20 facts about...Boogie Freud:
1. Boogie Freud is an actual genius.
Don't let the job fool you. He is actually an incredible, brilliant genius. Not so much social-science/history/philosophy...but Math, Science...things that matter With all his smarts, he could've been a rocket scientist or nuclear chemist or a gene splicer or bio-engineer...something on those lines.
2. He is from Montana.
Born and raised in Montana...what more can I say?
3. He was raised by his Grandma.
His dad left when he was little, and long story short, his mother was put on a restraining order against him and his grandma. So that's the only legal guardian he remembers to this day.
4. He's actually a really good dancer.
Yup. When he was three, his grandma (So old-fashioned!) made him take multiple dance classes, from jazz, tap, ballroom, and yes, ballet. And he did this until he was in college and she couldn't force him anymore. So, he's actually very skilled. He got beat up a lot for it in school, so he will never ever ever show it unless it gains him something in return. But to this day he can't listen to "Puttin' on the Ritz" without falling into the fetal position and crying.
5. He is Married.
?!!? Yeeeup. He's an unhappily married man. Her name is Kitty, they met in college. She was a knock-out, just his type. He never really knew that she was cheating on him constantly. He was just with her for her looks, and she was with him assuming he'd be a successful scientist to make money off of. During his years in college, and then his job as a teacher afterwards led to her depression and binge eating. She got bigger and bigger, and then no one found her attractive...so she had no one to cheat on with. Even Boogie didn't want her. She's a crude, superficial woman who now tries to cling to him as often as possible because he's the only man left in her world. She's one of the major reasons he left home to be a man-bitch. But eventually she found out how much he was making in his new job and married him against his will due to alcoholic-poison-coma. He doesn't wear a ring, he doesn't acknowledge his marriage and sure as hell doesn't act like it. But legally...he is.
6. He is a father of two.
Again, ?!?!. No, not with his wife. They're both illegitimate. The first child is a little girl named Molly. She was featured in a one-time comic as a one-time character. She was sweet and adorable...unlike daddy Her mother is some anonymous hooker. She was never mentioned again. The second is more well-known, Sebastien, who he had with Suzuna. He's not the best dad, and honestly would never really want to raise a child, but he's spread his seeds.
7. He is a die-hard Led Zepplin fan.
It can be kinda noticed, all his regular t-shirts are Led-Zepplin and every time he's in his apartment there's nothing but Led Zepplin posters on the walls. Not sure why he's a big fan, but he just is.
8. Methias is his only friend
Yeah, he does have a friend. Everyone has to have at least one, and that's Methias. He can be seen hanging out with the guys, but the only one he can actually tolerate is Methias. As for Methias, he's either too stoned or just doesn't really care, he doesn't really hate anyone.
9. I have NO idea where I got his name from.
Most other characters of mine have some reasoning behind it. As for him...There is no joke. I honestly just looked at him and said: "...And that's...I'unno...Boogie Freud". and it stuck.
10. He's a narcissist.
Despite his job, social life, everything else...He believes he is the best because of his intelligence, which leads him to be an absolute jackass.
11. The only woman he has actually ever really loved is Suzuna.
It's ironic that he feels this way, because he shows no actual emotion towards anyone except a scoff or sneer. And it's even more ironic that he feels this way towards her because his choice in women are lush, gorgeous women and he has a history of turning down women who aren't exactly average. The reason he does is because in his mind she's the only woman to ever show a bit of kindness to him (that's not true, but he's got issues). At first, he spent his time teasing her for her lifestyle, but as soon as she showed that someone cares...well, you know the rest.
12. He is majorly depressed.
This is kinda obvious, but he does not have the brightest outlook on life. He doesn't cry (Not that we see), he's the type of depressed who is so far down there it's just a big numbness for him.
13. He is an atheist.
This goes a bit with the depression I guess, he does not believe in any higher power whatsoever because of his life and incredible 'faith' in logic. He's not above putting down those with faith in anything, either.
14. He is the sleeping beast
What does that mean? For the most part, he is a depressed hollow husk of a human being...But he is not above taking advantage of the goodness of others for his own needs. Maybe it's good people are rude to him, otherwise they'd be taken advantage of in a second!
15. Boogie DID have a crush on Sae.
Who didn't? Yeah, the first time they met, he had a crush on her...Until she started beating him. He still does, on a superficial level.
16. Boogie HATES Sae.
Obvious. Out of all the people in the entire world, she is #1 on his revenge list. ...That's a big, long list, too.
17. His Celebrity Crush is Katie Sagal
Yup. Peggy Bundy, Leela....He loves Katie Sagal.
18. He has a tattoo.
Not really anything he wanted. It's simply "Eigentum des Sae Dist " branded on his behind
19. He was a chemistry teacher
At the beginning of the comic, it started off with him as a teacher. Not a very good one either, class never learning a thing and always goofing off. Good thing he quit!
20. His life long dream was to rule the world.
Yup. He wants to be a dictator. He has the hatrid, the smarts...just not the money/power.
